A free website (www.annualcreditreport.com) was established by federal law and can used to immediately obtain 1 free copy of your credit report each year from each of the three credit bureaus. This site will allow you to immediately pull one free copy of your credit report each year from the three bureaus.

To obtain your 2nd free set of credit reports you can use the attached form. Note: Your free credit reports will not include credit scores. If you wish to order a FICO score, you will incur an additional cost.

If you wish to pull unlimited copies of your credit report at your own discretion, I recommend a service by Transunion called TrueCredit and this service is $14.95 a month. You can pull copies of your credit report every 24 hours. The website is www.truecredit.com

Note: This service claims to provide credit scores for each of your credit reports from all three bureaus. While this is true, these scores they provide you are a good indicator of your credit, but are not the same FICO scores used in the mortgage approval process. If you want to see the score that the lender sees, you must visit www.myfico.com to order your credit reports and FICO scores.
