When you choose to go forward to write a contract, we will prepare the necessary Georgia Association of Realtors contracts and addendum's that spell out your offer and protect you with language written by attorneys. These forms have stood up best in court to represent all parties' interest.

We will write the offer, collect your earnest money per the contract, get your signature and then present the offer to the listing agent. There will be several rounds of negotiation most likely in the process that can take up to 96 hours. And then, finally we will agree on the terms that are acceptable to you.
